Body Zone Fitness Bodybuilding and Fitness Gym has been around for over 7 years and know what they're doing when it comes to health & fitness. Run by experienced athletes, they are here to help and assist our members in reaching their fitness goals, whatever they may be, from general fitness and weight loss to training to become a competitive bodybuilder.
The first unit of Body Zone Fitness was started in Mehboula in the year of 2014. Our quality training and the use of innovative machinery made us stand out from the rest. We were able to open another branch of Body Zone Fitness in Fahaheel in 2016. We always make sure to use the latest machinery and training aids and to make it affordable to people.
We are proud to say that Body Zone Fitness has gained international standard (5 Star) in fitness training over the years. Our third branch is open with more facilities in Farwaniya which is the heart of Kuwait in 2018. In addition, our largest fitness center opened in Farwaniya in the first month of 2019 with the latest machines available being imported directly from other countries under its own label.
The facilities on offer include quality resistance machines, heavy duty dumbbells, cardio machines and a fitness studio, as well as a free standing body punch bag for extra cardio training.
